Ordering instructions

1. Please note that you cannot order here without becoming a member. Members will get products at a very low price.
2. First click on the BE A MEMBER button on the top line menu bar. Fill all the details in the form appear and submit. Without filling all cages there, you cannot submit.
3. When you submit the correctly and completely filled form, you will receive an email from us informing your Membership No.
4. Then click on the SPECIAL OFFERS FOR MEMBERS button in the top menu bar. You will be asked to enter ID No and Membership No here. Please enter them correctly. If you have entered your Membership No wrongly, you will receive an email to your registered email address informing you the correct Membership No. Then you can use this number correctly after clicking SPECIAL OFFERS FOR MEMBERS button in the top menu bar again.
5. If you have entered all details correctly, you will be prompted to a screen where all your registered details are shown for reconfirmation. If anything is wrong you have to contact us through CONTACT US button on the top and then by clicking on the email address there or by calling to the given phone number there. If correct, click on the [click here to order products].
6. Then you will be prompted to a screen where you will see all available products with prices and you have to click on any product you like to buy.
7. Then you will see details of this particular product with a cage to enter the quantity to purchase. You enter what ever you think you need first as you always can change the quantity or delete it completely. Then click on [ADD-To-Cart].
8. Now you will see the invoice with cages for Changes and Deleting with total value at the bottom. To change the quantity, simply change the quantity figure and click on the [Change Qty]. To delete click on the [Delete Item]. To add some more items go back to the total product list by clicking on [Go back to the main page] and follow the same way to [Add to Cart].
9. If selection of items is completed and total value is acceptable to you, click on [If item selection is finished-Proceed to Checkout] to finish. Still you can change items in a latter stage.
10. Then you will be in the first step of final three steps where you have to confirm your personal details. If correct click on [Ok-Proceed to Next Step].
11. Then you will be in the second step of final three steps where you have to confirm your invoice details. If any changes to be done, click on [Make Changes to Cart]. If no changes needed, click on [Ok-Send Order].
12. Then you will be in the third and final step where you will see the final bill and order number which is important at the time of informing payment. You will receive an email to your email address with all these details immediately and please keep a printout of this as you have to bring it with you for collection of goods.
13. Now you have to pay the total amount through any branch of Bank of Ceylon to the given account in the email and get a receipt which will have to be shown and a copy to be submitted at the time of collection of goods.
14. Then you click on INFORM AFTER PAYMENT in the top menu bar of the home page and answer all the details requested. Mode of delivery is very important to select here. Then [submit] this. Then you will receive either an email or a call informing the dispatch details and method.
15. If [showroom collection] is selected, no additional charges and some body has to come to the delivery point at No.22, Super Market Complex, Thorana Junction, Kandy Road , Kelaniya with printout of the invoice, original with one photo copy of payment receipt and a copy of the ID of the member. All these are requested to ensure proper delivery to the member.
16. If [railway station] delivery is selected, goods will be handed over to the very next working day to CGR for sending to the nearest railway station for you to collect from there. All CGR charges will be born by us.
17. If [deliver to me] is selected, you have to pay the courier charges to the person deliver to your door step. Some times you will get it free of charge, if we have got another delivery near by.
18. Keep the Membership Number recorded for any future orders as you need not to follow BE A MEMBER step after this as you are a member already. In this case, even if you have forgotten your number, you can enter what you can remember as a guess and try. If it is wrong you will immediately receive an email with the correct number.
